We have workshops such as wood work, Cookery, DIY and English language, designed empower and provide essential- life skills, helping to keep people.
We run groups like relapse prevention, addiction support, Men’s and Women’s groups, all of which are designed to support people as they rebuild their lives.
Many of our workshops are designed to provide meaningful and rewarding activities. Art and craft classes, mindfulness and relaxation provide opportunities to developing social relationships and a sense of purpose.
Our Hope in the community service is open to everyone, however we specifically tailor our sessions to focus on helping anyone impacted by hardship. We are able to support people:
