“After much reflection, I have made the difficult decision to step down as CEO of Northampton Hope Centre on 10th December 2025. It has been an enormous privilege to lead such a passionate and dedicated team, and to work with so many brilliant partners and funders who share our mission. Together, we have achieved so much — from strengthening our partnerships, to developing exciting new projects. From December, Jo Prichard will step in as Interim CEO, ensuring continuity while the Board begins the process of recruiting a new permanent CEO. The recruitment process will launch on 6th October. I leave knowing Hope is in a strong position, with a bright future ahead, and I am confident the next leader will continue to build on our values, partnerships, and impact. I want to thank everyone who has supported Hope, and me personally, during my time here. It has been an honour.”
