Northampton Hope Centre Announces Appointment of New Chief Executive

The Northampton Hope Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Prichard as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 December 2025.

Jo brings over six years of experience within the organisation, most recently serving as Head of Service Delivery and Partnerships. In her previous role, she oversaw Hope’s homelessness and hardship services, strengthened relationships with statutory and voluntary sector partners, and led key developments that improved service quality and accessibility.

Her deep understanding of homelessness issues in Northampton and her strong track record in partnership building and service leadership make her exceptionally well-placed to lead Hope into the future.

Quote from Sara Homer, Chair of Trustees

“We are delighted to welcome Jo into the role of CEO of Northampton Hope Centre. Jo has demonstrated outstanding leadership, compassion, and strategic insight throughout her time at Hope. She understands the needs of our service users and the complexities of the system they rely on, and she is deeply committed to ensuring that Hope remains a powerful force for tackling homelessness in Northamptonshire. The Board has every confidence that Jo will lead the charity with vision, integrity, and a renewed focus on collaboration.”

Jo’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the Northampton Hope Centre as the charity continues its mission to tackle poverty and homelessness through practical support, advocacy, and community partnerships.
