Schools and colleges can take a leading role in helping Hope. We also work closely with universities and colleges giving talks and can offer student placements.
We visit schools, colleges and universities to discuss the issues surrounding homelessness and hardship. It is a powerful message about the issues that affect society. This can be linked to fundraising or simply a part of curricular work.
Students and schools can get involved in fundraising and collecting goods like tins or clothes, we can also help groups come up with ideas for fundraisers. Schools can get involved in our Harvest and Christmas campaigns which are an engaging way to raise awareness around the work we do.
We work with undergraduate students and have student placement opportunities. We can also work with students on creative or curricular projects to engage with homelessness and hardship issues.
